Hayden has appointed and orchestrated the output of specialist professional teams with an international reputation and has been involved with projects within the UK, Continental Europe, and the Middle East and is at the preliminary stages in schemes in the USA.

Hayden also established London and Regent International. Working alongside a leading institutional property manager, London and Regent are looking to launch an investment property fund leveraging off EPGI’s significant deal flow pipeline. The Fund would be the first UK vehicle to focus on the design and build opportunity to create a portfolio of residential units designed exclusively for the rental market.
